The owner started his first job in a machine shop in 1974, deburring, drilling and cleaning parts. As time went by he worked in several different shops in the Sunnyvale- San Jose area in California and learned many different manufacturing process.

In July of 2005 the company he was working for sold out to a much bigger electronics company and moved operations to Santa Ana, so he took this opportunity to start his own shop making parts for the buyout company and has been busy ever since.

Milling thin wall parts on our shop made vacuum fixtures is a special technique we use. We also can build vacuum fixtures to customer specifications for a complete system, or just components.

Now that I have four VMC machine centers with a crew of helpers at various skill levels, I can fit much more work into my shop.We make machined parts from mechanical drawings, CAD files or sketches. We are currently using Surfcam CAD CAM with True Mill. This system will read most CAD files. Any machinable material in any form will be considered for quoting. Email files work much better than FAX due to drawing clarity.

We can develop and help to develop prototypes of parts and assemblies and do short or long run production. Individual part sizes range from small to 30 by 16 by 10 inches. Depending on the job, we may work on
larger parts.

To get a quote on your part, parts or modifications, send a PDF or CAD file along with any helpful notes to my email address. The Email for Quotes is checked several times per day, West Coast time. FAX also available.
